Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Channel Partnership Manager to identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth via collaboration with our sales department. You will focus on forming alliances with franchise organizations, vertical-specific SaaS providers, trade associations, buying groups, or other strategically select orgs within our target markets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and secure new channel partners in aligned industries and verticals

Collaborate with leadership, sales & product directors to establish prospective partnerships

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in franchise networks, SaaS platforms, trade groups, and buying cooperatives

Build and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with company leadership with a high degree of autonomy

Collaborate cross-departmentally with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure successful rollout of any new partnership

Track and analyze partner performance, providing regular reporting and insights to internal stakeholders

Represent OMG National as the lead for all new channel partnership opportunities

Required Qualifications

2-3+ years of experience in channel partnership and or business development, ideally within digital marketing, SaaS, or related industries

Strong understanding of partnership modeling in the franchise, association, or other environments

Proven ability to build rapport with C-level and senior decision-makers

Strategic thinker with excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment

Experience with CRM systems & communication management tools

Strong understanding of internet marketing, specifically SEO, SEO, Social, and Web solutions

Preferred Experience

Background in marketing or advertising agency partnerships

Experience in one or more of our key verticals: automotive, home services, restaurants, professional services
