Experience Designer- Associate Level (Onsite)

Location: Onsite Monday-Friday in Columbus, OH (no remote work flexibility)JobType: 6 months, with potential for extensionCompensation Range: $45 - $52/hr W2Are you an Experience Designer with a passion for crafting intuitive and impactful digital solutions?

We're seeking a talented Associate Level designer to join our team, focusing on enhancing the corporate employee experience within the dynamic financial services industry.In this role, you'll be a key contributor, applying your advanced knowledge of experience design principles to create innovative, inclusive, and accessible solutions.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, blending user needs with business goals to shape the design, architecture, and functionality of our products.

Your ability to translate complex data into actionable insights will drive strategic thinking and continuous improvement.Responsibilities:Designing and developing elegant solutions for interaction problems, ensuring consistency across various products and platforms.Applying advanced knowledge of information architecture and storyboarding to create user-centric designs.Conducting data-driven analyses to inform design decisions and transform information into valuable insights.Collaborating with teams to incorporate inclusive design principles and accessibility guidelines.Operating with an iterative design mindset, incorporating user feedback to continuously improve the user experience.Assisting in analyzing market trends, user research studies, and user behavior to inform design decisions.
