Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily invoicing and billing using QuickBooks
Process payments, track receivables, and reconcile accounts
Maintain accurate records for all financial transactions
Provide administrative support to management and staff
Answer phones, manage office supplies, and support customer communications
Ensure smooth office operations and help streamline workflows
Assist with basic HR and payroll tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Experience with QuickBooks (Desktop or Online) is required
Previous office management or administrative experience preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Good communication and customer service abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word & Excel)
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
