Site Manager

Job Title: Site Manager : New Build Shed Location: Northampton Rate: GBP280:GBP300 per day Contract Type: Freelance Duration: ASAP start : February Linsco are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to work on the fitout of a new build industrial unit project in Northampton.

This is a freelance position, running until February, with an immediate start available.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day:to:day site operations, with a main focus on the internal fit out works.

Previous experience if warehouse fitout is essential.

Key Responsibilities: * Manage and coordinate all site activities in line with the project programme * Manage the warehouse fit out works * Handle all on:site paperwork, including RAMS, permits, and site diaries * Conduct inductions and toolbox talks * Ensure compliance with H and S regulations and company policies * Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and the wider project team * Report on progress and issues to the project manager Requirements: * Proven experience as a Site Manager on industrial or commercial new build projects * Comfortable with office:based duties and documentation * SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (in:date certifications) * Strong leadership and communication skills * Ability to work independently and manage site activity proactively Whats on Offer: * Day rate of GBP280:GBP300 * Immediate start * Secure, long:term booking through to February * Supportive and well:structured project environment Linsco is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
