Job Description
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A dedicated professional is sought to provide speech therapy to students ranging from kindergarten to seventh grade. This role focuses on fostering communication skills and addressing varied speech and language needs in an engaging educational environment.
Qualifications:
Masters Degree in Communication Disorders
Valid state certification and credentials
Ohio state license or the ability to obtain one
Experience working with K-12 students, particularly in elementary and middle school settings
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
Location: Grove City, OH (Columbus area)
Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and provide treatment for students with speech and language disorders
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to support student achievement
Maintain accurate records of student progress and documentation of services provided
Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities
Provide supervision for Clinical Fellows as needed
