Position: Robot Welder
Pay Rate: £14.65 per hour
Shifts: 2-shift rotation (6.00am–2.30pm / 2.30pm–11.00pm)
Type: Temp to Perm
About the Role:
Operate and monitor robotic welding machinery
Perform accurate welds on components with varying material thicknesses
Remove spatter during cycle time
Follow Standard Operating Procedures and interpret technical drawings
Inspect finished components to ensure they meet quality standards
Maintain a clean, tidy and safe working environment
Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations
About You:
Previous experience operating robotic welding equipment
Ability to use manual power tools confidently
Strong understanding of technical drawings and SOPs
Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude
Basic manual welding skills – desirable but not essential
