Job Summary

Job Description

DUTIES: Design and develop new software and web applications; perform systems architecture and engineering design in Visual Studio using Agile methodologies; interface with the enterprise architecture team and other functional areas to ensure that the most efficient solution is designed using GITHUB; present solutions to senior architects using Draw.IO; ensure solutions are well engineered, operable, maintainable, and delivered on schedule using REACT, Sitecore, and KOTLIN MS; use Rally to track and document requirements for enterprise development projects and enhancements; build APIs in Postman; monitor current and future trends, technology, and information that will positively affect organizational projects; apply and integrate emerging technological trends to new and existing systems architecture; assist in the development of solution architecture to fully manage and support enterprise needs, services, systems, and technology management using DevOps, Cloud Development, and Web platforms; assist in the planning and design of new or upgraded systems; interact with departments to implement process improvements; develop, document, and ensure compliance with best practices including but not limited to coding standards, object oriented designs, platform and framework specific design concerns and human interface guidelines; and build APIs using Postman. Position is eligible to work remotely one or more days per week, per company policy.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, and two (2) years of experience developing software in Visual Studio using Agile methodologies; designing solutions using GITHUB, GIT, JIRA, TFS, Visual Studio Enterprise, or SVN; presenting solutions using Draw.IO, Lucid Chart, MS Visio, or MS PowerPoint; using REACT, Sitecore, KOTLIN MS, .NET, MVC or Angular to ensure proper engineering design, operability, maintainability, and on-schedule delivery; using Rally, JIRA, or Version One to track and document requirements for enterprise development projects and enhancements; and building APIs in Postman.
