We are an outpatient adolescent therapy center looking for a Physical Therapist to join our team!

What are the hours? Monday thru Friday - no weekends or holidays.

Do you offer flexible schedules? Yes!

What is the patient population? Mostly adolescents that have Autism Spectrum Disorder.

What is the staff make up? SLPs, OTs, and PTAs.

Are you a passionate, experienced or new Physical Therapist looking for a rewarding career opportunity? We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our dynamic healthcare team. As a Permanent Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our patients. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including SLPs, OTs, and other therapists, to provide comprehensive, holistic care to our patients.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Physical Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Conducting thorough patient evaluations to determine their physical condition, limitations, medical histories and personal goals.

2. Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that align with patients' needs and objectives.

3. Providing hands-on therapy and exercises to help patients regain movement and manage pain.

4. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to patient care.

5. Educating patients and their families about what to expect from the recovery process and how best to cope with challenges.

6. Documenting patient progress and updating treatment plans as necessary.

7. Staying abreast of the latest developments in the field of physical therapy to ensure the highest standard of care.

8. Adhering to all facility policies and procedures, as well as legal regulations, to ensure patient safety and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this exciting role, you must meet the following qualifications:

1. A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.

2. A current license to practice physical therapy in the state.
