Logistics / Transportation Supervisor

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the transportation department staff to align with company vision and meet business objectives

Ensure efficient specimen pickup, test report delivery, and supply distribution to clients

Maintain adherence to company, departmental, and regulatory policies and procedures

Facilitate clear communication through meetings, memos, and other channels

Oversee hiring, training, scheduling, and payroll submission for department employees

Qualifications

Must be a high school graduate

At-least 2 years of experience in transportation or client services roles, with progressively increasing responsibilities in specimen collection from various clients

Exhibited strong leadership skills and capabilities

Capable of transporting heavy loads using carts or motorized lifts

Adhere to all PPE requirements in laboratory and biohazard areas

Able to work at a computer workstation for prolonged periods

Salary: $45K - $65K
