Role: Program Leader (Substance Use Disorder programs)

Location: open to Greater Cleveland, Northwest region Ohio, Central Ohio region or Tuscarawas County

Essential Functions:

Demonstrate the values and guiding principles of Our Promise every day, performing with the highest standards of excellence, integrity and ethics.

Provide vision and direction for assigned program/service/line of business across agency, with a specific focus on pipeline and roadmap development, program fidelity and creating a positive client/patient experience and outcome.

Build consensus and influence decision making among regional and executive leadership teams; lead execution against recommendations quickly and with accuracy.

Assess market position, including market share, growth trends and financial performance relative to competitors.

Identify and fill program/service/segment gaps and generate new ideas that improve the client/patient experience and drive growth.

Develop and deploy solutions for short-, medium-, and long-term to ensure consistent execution at scale.

Communicates new initiatives, addresses questions, and concerns and provides continuous feedback to the Leadership Team.

Monitor, proactively plan to achieve and approve performance targets, with an emphasis on those related to client/patient access, acquisition & retention, referrals and quality outcomes.

Evaluate progress against budget, margin goals and dashboard; present results to CEO and executive team as requested or required.

Drive and evaluate consistency across administrative practice, policies, processes and tools.

Define clinical operations and workforce model.

Actively support the clinical team including training, procedures, reference guides, advisory services, etc.

Work cross-functionally with OhioGuidetone team members to improve and customize the client/patient experience for assigned program/service/line of business.

Gain and maintain current knowledge of treatment and legislative trends and reimbursement opportunities.

Exhibit positivity, flexibility and a willingness to take on new responsibilities as requested or required.

Demonstrate positive leadership; promote a team-based work environment and a culture of belonging.

Present the Agency in the most positive light with all internal and external contacts. Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare administration or business field; advanced degree preferred.

Related licensure relevant to assigned program/service/line of business helpful (CDCA, LCDC, etc)

5+ year’s leadership experience in complex healthcare setting

Experience leading or developing addiction recovery (substance use disorder) program(s) required

Experience assessing market opportunities, developing business plans, and implementing programs to respond to such opportunities.

Specific experience in assigned program/service/line of business. Qualifications:

Ability to exercise influence while working cross functionally and building relationships.

Effective interpersonal skills; able to speak effectively with individuals and/or groups of people

Proven ability to develop strategies, deploy new or changes to programs and effectively communicate recommendations to leadership.

Effective computer literacy skills, including Windows applications, Microsoft Office Suite, and electronic health records, etc.

Possess a valid Ohio Driver’s License with a safe driving record and valid insurance.
