Finishing Manager

Job Opportunity: Finishing Manager : New Build Care Home Location: Erdington, Birmingham Duration: 6:8 Weeks Immediate Start Available We are currently seeking an experienced Finishing Manager to join a new build Care Home project in Erdington.

With the structure complete, focus now shifts to managing and delivering all internal finishing works to a high standard over the next 6:8 weeks.

Role Overview: * Oversee and coordinate all internal trades and subcontractors * Ensure high:quality finishes throughout bedrooms, communal areas, kitchens, and facilities * Manage snagging, de:snagging, and final handover stages * Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations * Work closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager to keep to programme Requirements: * Proven experience as a Finishing Manager or Internals Manager on care homes, residential, or similar schemes * Excellent eye for detail and quality standards * Confident managing multiple finishing trades (carpentry, decorating, M and E, etc.) * SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid required If interested and available for this role; please apply with your CV.
