Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Hardware Operations Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives, drive process improvements, transfer products and ensure seamless execution of operational programs. This role bridges strategic planning and day-to-day execution, working closely with leadership and various cross functional teams to deliver high-impact outcome to our business.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute complex operational programs and initiatives across departments
Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and scalability
Define and implement phase gate strategy into new hardware programs
Track program performance using KPIs and dashboards; report progress to stakeholders
Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocations for projects and operational initiatives
Collaborate with teams such as Supply Chain, IT, Finance, and Customer Support to ensure alignment
Lead regular program reviews and facilitate communication among stakeholders
Support change management initiatives and ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems
Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Proactively manage and communicate manufacturing activities, promptly escalating risks and recovery plans as needed
Champion a culture of continuous improvement within the manufacturing process, identifying and implementing opportunities for optimization
Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or PMP certification is a plus
5+ years of experience in operations, program management, or a similar role
Strong project management skills with familiarity in tools like Arena, Jira, or Microsoft Project
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in a green field, fast-paced and dynamic environment
