Job Title: Warehouse Forklift Operator

Location: Byhalia, MS

Schedule: Mon.-Fri. 1st Shift 6am-4pm, Mon.-Fri. 2nd Shift 5pm-3am, Fri.-Sun. 6am-6pm, Fri.-Sun. 6pm-6am

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment and will be responsible for loading, unloading, moving, and stacking products and materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate forklifts (Electric Pallet Jack, Dock Stocker, Reach Truck, Order Picker) safely and efficiently

Load and unload trucks, shipments, or pallets

Transport materials throughout the warehouse using forklift equipment

Maintain accurate inventory records and follow warehouse procedures

Inspect equipment before use and report any mechanical issues

Follow all company safety rules, policies, and procedures

Assist in general warehouse duties as needed (picking, packing, sorting, etc.)

Requirements:

Proven experience as a forklift operator (certification preferred but not required)

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

Basic math and reading skills

Strong attention to safety and detail

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals

Flexible to work overtime, weekends, or holidays if needed
