Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Strong written and verbal English proficiency.

Ability to work night shifts (IST) to align with U.S. business hours.

Prior customer service experience is a plus, but freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.

Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
