AGC Biologics in Copenhagen is looking for our next Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition. Our current leader has transitioned into a new role within the company, and we are excited to welcome a new colleague to lead the team.

About the Role

As Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will be an integral part of the People & Culture team and play a key role in supporting the site and business functions.

You will lead a team of six experienced Talent Acquisition professionals responsible for end-to-end recruitment across AGC Biologics. The team supports hiring for the Copenhagen site as well as global roles across Europe and the US. Responsibilities include full-cycle recruitment for both blue- and white-collar positions, outreach to early-career talent, and coordination of employer branding initiatives in the Greater Copenhagen area.

You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including Business Partners, P&C Operations, and Internal Communication, along with international TA colleagues and P&C leaders across the US and Europe. You will also partner directly with business leaders to support and strengthen hiring efforts.

This position is part of the Copenhagen P&C leadership team and reports to the VP of People & Culture, CPH.

Responsibilities

Your primary responsibility is to lead the TA team and ensure recruitment excellence across the organization. You will:

Foster a high performing and engaged TA team

Optimize recruitment processes and tools (in Workday and beyond)

Enhance recruitment efficiency with clear guides, process documentation, and tools for leaders and P&C

Build dashboards and ensure accurate reporting on vacancies, time-to-fill, and headcount

Develop proactive pipelines for volume roles (e.g., Technicians, Scientists)

Identify areas where AI can streamline hiring practices

Evaluate recruitment processes and assessment tools for leadership positions

Identify and engage the team in early talent and other career events that attracts top talent

Your Qualifications

Proven team leadership experience of minimum 5 years

Minimum bachelor's degree

Preferably experience from life sciences, biotech, or other highly regulated industries

Experience in global, matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholders

Hands-on recruitment experience in STEM fields

Familiarity with GMP environments is a plus

Preferably experienced with Workday HRIS

Certification in assessment tools (e.g., DISC or Hogan) is an advantage

Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Danish is an asset, but not required

Ability to navigate complexity and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
