Maximo Properties LLC is a fast-growing, 100 %-commission residential brokerage serving Northern Virginia, D.C., and Maryland. Our low-fee, full-support model lets agents keep more of their hard-earned commissions—and we’re scaling quickly.
Why this role matters
We plan to add dozens of new agents this year. You’ll own the full recruiting life-cycle—from prospecting licensed agents to guiding them through onboarding—so our growth engine never slows down.
Compensation & Schedule
Base Pay
$20 – $30 per hour
Per-Hire Bonus
$200 when a recruit signs and places their license with us
Production Override
5 % of the brokerage’s commission split on each recruit’s transactions for their first 12 months (capped at $4000 per recruit)
On-Target Earnings
$75 k – $100 k+ at target volume (6+ agents onboarded per month)
Hours
20–25 hrs / wk, fully remote. Core collaboration hours 10 a.m.–3 p.m. ET
What you’ll do
Source licensed and pre-licensed agents via outbound calls, social DM campaigns, virtual career fairs, and referral networks.
Screen & Qualify: run culture-fit and production-potential interviews; schedule second-round calls with the Designated Broker.
Represent the Brand in online communities—Zoom info sessions, Facebook groups, YPN webinars, and real-estate school presentations.
You’re a great fit if you…
Have 2–4 yrs recruiting, inside-sales, or talent-acquisition experience (real estate, mortgage, or high-volume SaaS).
Are a confident phone communicator who can juggle 40+ candidate touchpoints per day.
Understand—or can quickly learn—Virginia licensing & MLS processes.
Thrive on hitting measurable goals in a remote, results-oriented environment.
Bonus points: Active VA real-estate license, existing agent network, bilingual (Spanish/Korean/Chinese).
