We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales & Marketing Professional to lead our sales initiatives in the Green Sand Castings and Machining domain. This role involves strategy, leadership, client engagement, and cross-functional collaboration aimed at driving revenue growth and enhancing market presence.Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Strategy Development

Formulate and execute sales strategies aligned with foundry and machine shop operations.

Target sectors such as automotive, agricultural machinery, construction equipment, and trailers.2. Team Leadership

Lead, guide, and mentor the junior sales and lead generation team.

Set targets, review performance, and foster a results-oriented culture.3. Client Relationship Management

Maintain and grow relationships with OEMs, Tier-1 clients, and export customers.

Act as the primary commercial and technical liaison for key accounts.4. Market Analysis & Business Development

Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Modify strategies to remain competitive in changing market conditions.5. Cross-functional Collaboration

Coordinate with marketing, product design, engineering, PPC, and quality teams.

Align operations with client expectations for timely and quality delivery.6. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Track sales KPIs, pipeline status, conversion ratios, and order performance.

Generate regular forecasts and MIS reports for senior management.7. RFQ Handling & Negotiation

Review technical drawings and RFQs, coordinate cost estimations, and submit quotations.

Lead price and delivery negotiations, ensuring win-win outcomes.8. Industry Participation & Branding

Represent the company at trade exhibitions, buyer-seller meets, and industry forums.

Promote capabilities and generate leads through professional networking.Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in a senior B2B sales role, preferably in the foundry and machining industry.

Strong leadership and team development skills.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and draw insights.

Techno-commercial understanding of casting grades (e.g., SG500/7, FG260), machining tolerances, and production cycles.

Willingness to travel for customer meetings, audits, and exhibitions.

Strong professional network within the target industry.Additional Requirements:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer or market conditions.

Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.

Commitment to continuous learning and staying up to date with industry advancements.Educational Background:

BE / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Metallurgy

MBA in Marketing (preferred)
