Responsibilities:

Conduct research and experimentation with cutting-edge generative AI models, including LLMs, diffusion, and audio/video synthesis models.

Prototype and demo AI solutions by exploring emerging technologies aligned with business use cases.

Develop and optimize RAG pipelines and apply prompt engineering to improve LLM performance and contextual accuracy.

Design scalable, cloud-based AI solutions and deployment pipelines using platforms like Azure, AWS, and GCP.

Collaborate with stakeholders to validate solutions, benchmark performance, and refine outcomes for real-world impact.

Experience and Skills:

Strong problem-solving skills and a creative mindset.

Proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).

A self-starter with a strong passion for AI/ML research, automation, and innovation who constantly learns and applies new AI frameworks and tools.

Proven ability to work independently and deliver high-impact results.

Excellent communication skills for presenting ideas and solutions clearly.

Educational Qualification: BTech/BE/MTech/MCA
