We are looking for a precise and reliable Data Entry Clerk to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately recording and managing patient and medical data to support smooth operations and maintain compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
-Accurately enter and update patient information and medical records in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
-Check all data for completeness and accuracy.
-Ensure patient privacy by following HIPAA and organizational confidentiality policies.
-Perform regular data reviews and audits to maintain quality and integrity.
-Coordinate with healthcare staff to resolve any data inconsistencies.
-Assist in preparing reports and compiling data for internal or regulatory use.
-Scan, file, and archive paper records as needed.
-Support general administrative tasks such as scheduling, billing, or inventory when required.
