DATA ENTRY CLERK

We are hiring a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to help maintain accurate patient and healthcare data within our organization. This role is essential for ensuring reliable records, supporting daily operations, and meeting regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

Accurately enter and update patient information, medical records, and other healthcare data in electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Review data for completeness and correctness before finalizing entries.

Maintain strict confidentiality in line with HIPAA and organizational privacy standards.

Conduct regular checks and audits to uphold data accuracy and integrity.

Work with healthcare staff to resolve any discrepancies or clarify unclear information.

Assist in generating reports and preparing data for internal or regulatory use.

Scan, file, and manage physical records as necessary.

Provide general administrative support such as appointment scheduling, billing assistance, or inventory tracking when needed.
