DATA ENTRY CLERK

We are seeking a reliable and detail-focused Data Entry Clerk to support our health organization’s data management needs. In this role, you will ensure accurate and timely entry of patient and healthcare information into electronic systems, helping maintain high-quality records and support effective operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Input and update patient records, medical information, and other healthcare data in electronic health record (EHR) systems with accuracy.

Review data for accuracy and completeness before finalizing entries.

Safeguard patient privacy and adhere to HIPAA regulations and organizational confidentiality policies.

Perform regular data quality checks and audits to ensure integrity.

Communicate with healthcare staff to resolve data inconsistencies or clarify details.

Generate reports and assist with compiling data for internal use or compliance requirements.

Scan, organize, and archive physical documents as needed.

Provide administrative support, such as scheduling, billing assistance, or inventory tracking, when required.
