MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

Job DescriptionThe MAINTENANCE ENGINEER is responsible for ensuring the property is consistently maintained in optimal condition with minimal disruption to guests and staff.Responsibilities:

Clearly communicate information and ideas.

Quickly and accurately evaluate and select among alternative courses of action.

Perform well under pressure and in high-stress situations.

Effectively manage workplace issues, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and resolving problems.

Work with and understand financial data and perform basic arithmetic functions.

Actively listen to and address concerns raised by co-workers and guests.

Duties:

Interact with guests and team members in a friendly, service-oriented manner.

Maintain regular and punctual attendance based on scheduling needs.

Adhere to high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing the designated uniform and nametag while on duty.

Follow all company standards and safety regulations to promote efficient operations.

Maintain a warm and approachable demeanor at all times.

Be attentive, helpful, and courteous to guests, management, and fellow team members.

Conduct repairs on HVAC systems, including changing filters, cleaning coils, and replacing motors.

Perform preventive maintenance on essential equipment such as boilers, chillers, and electrical systems.

Take and record required readings on the equipment.
