Position: Talent Acquisition Associate
Reports to: Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition
Location: Columbus, Ohio
Pay Range: $70,000 - $85,000

Superior is looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to manage full-cycle recruiting alongside our Talent Acquisition team. This person will play a key role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to support the company’s continued growth. They will partner closely with Department Leaders to understand their needs. From screening candidates to managing offers, this person will help deliver a swift and exceptional candidate experience at every stage. This role is based at our headquarters in Columbus, Ohio.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment efforts across a range of open roles, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, extending offers, ongoing candidate communication, and support through their start date
Partner with the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition to prioritize hiring needs and ensure consistent, high-quality candidate pipelines
Serve as a main point of contact for candidates, providing information about our company, benefits, and interview process
Post jobs and review resumes through the applicant tracking system (ATS), coordinate interviews, and prepare offer documentation
Perform additional duties and projects as needed to support evolving Talent Acquisition needs

Your Expertise
Required: You have at least 3 years of professional working experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
Bonus Points: You have working knowledge of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or HRIS platform
Bonus Points: You earned your degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Bonus Points: You have prior experience recruiting in Construction, Engineering, or Skilled Trade industries
