We are seeking an experienced Integration Architect with deep expertise in Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) and solid exposure to modern data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, and Microsoft Fabric. The ideal candidate will serve as a workstream lead, overseeing technical delivery and collaborating across teams to ensure the delivery of governed, traceable, and high-performing integration architectures in both cloud and hybrid environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Architect, design, and implement enterprise integration solutions using Informatica IDMC (Cloud Data Integration, Data Quality, Application Integration, etc.).
Lead technology assessments, proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and long-term integration roadmap planning.
Define and enforce integration architecture best practices, standards, and reusable patterns for APIs, data pipelines, and streaming integrations.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions with a focus on data quality, governance, security, and performance.
Provide architectural guidance during project planning, execution, and optimization phases.
Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to design robust integration pipelines across Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, and other cloud-based ecosystems.
Support ongoing enhancements, issue resolution, and performance tuning of integration workflows.
Mentor junior engineers and work closely with cross-functional teams including cloud, DevOps, security, and data governance teams.
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica IDMC including Cloud Data Integration (CDI), Cloud Application Integration (CAI), and Data Quality (DQ).
Proven experience in designing and implementing integration pipelines with Snowflake, Databricks, and/or Microsoft Fabric.
Strong knowledge of cloud-native architectures and services on platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, JSON, XQuery, SQL, REST APIs, and scripting for integration and automation.
Solid understanding of data modeling, ELT/ETL processes, metadata management, and data governance principles.
Experience with real-time data streaming, message queues (e.g., Kafka), and microservices-based integration is a plus.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices including CI/CD for integration deployments.
Preferred Qualifications:
Informatica IDMC certifications (e.g., Cloud Data Integration Specialist, Application Integration).
Experience with Azure Data Factory, Power BI, or Microsoft Synapse is a plus.
Knowledge of data mesh, data fabric architecture concepts.
Exposure to industry standards such as TOGAF, DAMA DMBOK, or similar.
