Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm

What you’ll be doing:

Schedules all Recovery Choices IBHC appointments, including MAT, and coordinates with staff from the halfway houses and Intake department to accomplish this

Serves as a point of contact for IBHC client care, this may include treatment team meetings and Recovery Choices MAT clinic

Administer long-acting injectable medication to clients as prescribed

Monitor, record and report symptoms and changes in clients’ conditions and utilize assessment tools for routine and preventative care

Monthly interdepartmental referral tracking and Medical Director reports

Record clients’ medical information, physician/CNP/PA orders, medications and treatment

Consult and coordinate with medical team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate client care

Perform general nursing duties as assigned by supervisor and as needed at the direction of the Medical Director

Who we’re looking for:

Licensed Registered Nurse (RN – ADN or BSN)

Behavioral Health experience required
