ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement QA/QC processes and procedures.Conduct inspections and tests on products at various stages of production.Analyze data and document deviations from quality standards.Work closely with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.Prepare and present detailed quality reports to management.Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.2+ years of experience in a QA/QC role within a manufacturing environment.Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing methodologies.Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and safety standards.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
