Electrical General Foreman - Battery Storage

Job Description

What You'll Do:

Oversee and coordinate all electrical installation and construction activities on-site

Manage and mentor electrical crews to ensure safety, quality, and productivity

Interpret plans, drawings, and specifications, ensuring work meets all codes and standards

Plan material and manpower needs to keep the project on schedule

Maintain strong communication with project managers and other trades

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of electrical leadership experience (battery storage or renewable energy required)

Journeyman Electricians License (any state)

Strong understanding of electrical systems, NEC, and safety protocols

Proven ability to lead and motivate teams

Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
