MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Open availability Monday-Sunday. Must be able to work nights, weekends, and all holidays.

Must have prior Management skills or a minimum of two years of lead experience in a workplace.

Will need to know, or be open in train, in all operations of the bakery; including but not limited to: crafting, frosting, baking, utility, and store ordering.

Must be willing to help plan and execute events and sales opportunities outside store hours.

The Assistant Manager position is in charge of employee schedules, training, ordering and maintaining retail and FOH Impressions/Seasonal Guide, helping with marketing, donations, and answering business and customer emails, as all as all other roles of management.

The Assistant Manager must be willing to comply with store policies and business culture.

The Assistant Manager must be willing to jump into any role to help maintain the flow of everyday operations in the bakery daily.
