Data Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our growing analytics team. In this role, you will gather, process, and analyze data to help drive informed decision-making across departments. You will work with stakeholders to provide insights that improve performance, optimize processes, and identify growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from various sources.

Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively.

Identify trends, patterns, and key insights that support business goals.

Collaborate with teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop actionable reports.

Monitor data quality and work to resolve data inconsistencies or gaps.

Support data-driven decision-making through ad-hoc analysis and reporting.

Document analysis processes and data definitions for transparency and reproducibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in a data analyst or similar role.

Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel.

Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).

Familiarity with statistical analysis and tools like Python, R, or similar.

Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to present data findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
