Your goal will be to exceed budget targets, maintain cost-effectiveness, and ensure profitability while upholding company policies. You will prepare monthly reports for the corporate office and follow financial procedures, handling cash, credit cards, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and other financial transactions. Building a strong team is crucial, and as a General Manager, you will hire, mentor, and guide your team to achieve both personal and professional success.
