Key Responsibilities
Marketing Support
Assist in the planning and coordination of marketing campaigns tied to group experiences, events, and promotions.
Help develop engaging content and promotional materials to drive bookings and brand engagement.
Support digital marketing efforts, including email and SMS campaigns, to drive awareness and conversions.
Contribute to building and managing local partnerships to extend brand reach.
Collaborate with internal departments to maintain brand alignment and elevate the guest journey.
Track campaign performance and assist in identifying areas for optimization.
Guest Experience Coordination
Serve as a key point of contact for group experiences across multiple venues.
Respond to inbound inquiries via email, phone, and social media
Customize guest experiences through thoughtful add-ons and enhancements.
Visit and engage with groups in person to support execution and opportunities
Create and foster strong relationships
Coordinate with venue teams to ensure each group experience is properly staffed and prepared.
Administrative & Cross-Functional Support
Maintain and update experience management systems accurately.
Generate and manage contracts, invoices, and confirmation communications.
Provide regular reporting on experience metrics, guest feedback, and campaign performance.
Support on-site brand activations and cross-promotional events.
Assist with community management and guest feedback response.
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in hospitality, event planning, or marketing.
Exceptional organization and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus: Experience in social media or digital marketing platforms.
