Position Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Senior AI/ML Test Architect with deep banking domain expertise to lead the next generation of AI-powered testing solutions. This role requires a unique combination of extensive Swiss banking domain knowledge, advanced automation expertise, and cutting-edge AI/ML capabilities. The ideal candidate will architect autonomous testing ecosystems that transform traditional QA into intelligent, self-learning systems.

Key Responsibilities

AI & ML Innovation (40%)

• Design and develop multi-agent AI systems for autonomous testing using enterprise frameworks

• Architect intelligent testing swarms with agent-to-agent communication protocols

• Implement ML-powered predictive analytics for defect prevention and risk mitigation

• Build NLP-based solutions for requirement analysis and automated test generation

• Create real-time visualization dashboards using modern JavaScript libraries for service mesh monitoring

• Develop self-learning testing ecosystems achieving industry-leading coverage metrics

Banking Domain Leadership (30%)

• Lead comprehensive testing strategies across Wealth Management and Banking verticals

• Ensure compliance with banking regulations (Basel III, FINMA, ISO 20022, PCI-DSS)

• Validate complex financial instruments, portfolio management systems, and trading platforms

• Design test scenarios for client-facing document validations, regulatory reporting, and compliance checks

• Navigate legacy system challenges and integration architecture in Swiss banking ecosystems

• Oversee testing for enterprise-scale microservices in banking operations

Technical Architecture & Automation (20%)

• Build scalable test automation frameworks supporting multiple protocols and technologies

• Implement sophisticated CI/CD pipelines with enterprise DevOps tools

• Design microservices testing strategies for distributed architectures

• Develop end-to-end automation solutions across technology stack

• Create comprehensive API testing frameworks for financial services

• Architect cloud-native testing solutions with auto-scaling capabilities

Strategic Leadership & Innovation (10%)

• Drive organizational test transformation through AI/ML adoption

Required Qualifications

Domain Expertise (Mandatory)

• 15+ years in Swiss banking with significant exposure to private and investment banking systems

Swiss regulatory landscape and reporting requirements
