What You’ll Do:
As a Senior Admission Counsellor – Study Abroad, you will act as the first point of contact for potential learners, helping them evaluate their international education options and setting up them up for success with our admission counsellors.
Connect with assigned leads using our auto-dialer
Understand learner aspirations, assess eligibility, and qualify leads
Schedule and ensure attendance for Video Counselling (VC) sessions
Maintain and update records in the CRM
Drive conversions and contribute to weekly revenue targets
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of EdTech sales experience (Study Abroad preferred)
Minimum 1 year tenure in your current/previous role
Bachelor's degree (or higher)
Strong English communication & active listening skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Comfortable with 6-day work weeks
Key Performance Indicators:
Minimum 300 minutes talk-time daily
Book 5 VC sessions per day
Daily connection rate of 80%+
Consistent achievement of weekly revenue goals
