Job Title: Software Engineer – Actimize Case Manager

Location: Iselin, NJ (On-site)

Duration: 12 Months

Pay Rate: $76/hr - W2 ONLY, NO C2C

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer with experience in NICE Actimize Case Management (ActOne/RCM) to join our development team. This role involves designing, coding, and configuring Actimize Case Manager applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet technical and business goals.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical consultation and support in the development and enhancement of computer applications.

Analyze business requirements and create detailed technical specifications for new or redesigned solutions.

Design, code, test, debug, and document complex software systems.

Lead technical initiatives, code reviews, and contribute to test strategies and automation.

Develop custom Java plugins for Actimize Case Manager (ActOne/RCM).

Perform unit testing, peer reviews, and assist in overall systems and production testing.

Ensure compliance with quality, security, and regulatory standards.

Support configuration management and CI/CD processes.

Participate in resolving escalated technical issues and production problems.

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of software engineering experience.

2+ years of development with NICE Actimize Case Management (ActOne/RCM).

1+ years hands-on experience developing ActOne/RCM Java plugins.

Strong proficiency in Java, SQL, and knowledge of Java memory models.

Experience in 12-factor app design and Cloud-native patterns (AWS, Azure, PCF).

Experience with test automation tools (JUnit, TestNG, Selenium, Cucumber/Gherkin).

CI/CD experience using Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, GitHub Actions.

Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (Oracle DB, SQL Server, MongoDB).

2+ years of experience with Kafka and working in Agile environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

Ability to simplify and translate complex technical needs for cross-functional teams.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and translating requirements into technical specifications.
