Expect to split time 30/70 between Hematology and Medical Oncology
After hour calls are by phone only and are very minimal.
Practice is attached to the hospital
Currently sees an average of 30 patients per day - patient population is adult and geriatric
New patient visits are allocated 30 minutes and follow-up patients 15 minutes.
Physicians are supported by four RNs, MA, CNA, and a receptionist.
Hospitalists are available to cover infusions, if needed.
Onsite Radiation Oncology is an outreach of the University of Iowa.
