Oversee verification via email, phone, and postcard

Audit listings for policy adherence and correct violations

Liaise with Google support for escalations

Maintain compliance logs and action items

Complete a 45-minute remote training session

Requirements:

Deep understanding of GMB policies and verification methods

Excellent organizational and follow-up skills

Strong written communication
