Job Description
We are seeking a Call Center Representative to join our team! The representative will ensure that all applicants, recipients, spouses, attorneys, or other representative members receive extraordinary service when communicating with the company via phone, fax, written correspondence, or email. The representative may contact the recipient by phone or mail and, in each communication, provide empathetic and efficient service.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
1+ years of call center experience
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
