Job Summary:

The Office Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, providing administrative support, and ensuring that office activities are carried out efficiently. They will also be responsible for processing mail. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

PLEASE NOTE: No remote work is available with this role. This role is fully in person in our Columbus, OH office.

Reports To:

The Office Coordinator reports to the Employee Relations Manager.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Processes mail (opens, sorts, and distributes all correspondence and packages daily.

Maintains a clean office, common areas, and breakroom by inspecting these areas for disorganization and messes daily and addressing any issues found.

Manages the Daily Schedule (sends out weekly survey, compiles responses, and sends out information daily.)

Creates and sends out the weekly newsletter.

Orders snacks and coffee in the Columbus office biweekly; stocks breakroom and coffee stations daily.

Reviews and distributes voicemails left on the Columbus Office phone lines daily.

Conducts monthly fridge clean out.

Creates and sends out monthly birthday email.

Sends overnight mail and packages as requested.

Stocks Columbus Office printer stations as needed.

Assists unattended guests in the Columbus Office as needed.

Orders office supplies for the Columbus and Savannah Offices as needed.

Cleans and prepares desks for new hires in the Columbus Office as needed.

Coordinates with vendors and service providers to ensure office needs are met.

Other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Abilities:

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software programs.

Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Education and Experience:

High School diploma or equivalent.

Prior administrative or office management experience preferred.

Associate’s degree preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Must possess a valid driver’s license and insurance.
