Aerospace Technician - Assembly & Troubleshooting

Contract Position

$26.58-$29.53/Hour

Responsibilities:

Support the disassembly, troubleshooting, fabrication, and validation of aerospace systems and components under direct supervision.

Assist in disassembly of system components to support repairs, upgrades, or modifications.

Perform basic troubleshooting of pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems to identify and repair faults.

Conduct validation and verification testing of components and systems.

Fabricate and modify aerospace hardware according to engineering specifications.

Support basic vehicle handling procedures, including towing, jacking, and system operations, following safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required.

1+ year of experience working with hand tools in a mechanical, electrical, or production environment.

Willingness to work with chemical elements, including beryllium.

Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).

Preferred:

Experience using a microscope in an assembly or inspection setting.
