We’re looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our growing remote call center team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers—helping answer questions, resolve issues, and deliver exceptional service from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a friendly, professional manner

Resolve customer concerns efficiently and effectively

Document call information accurately in the system

Provide product/service information and troubleshoot basic technical issues

Meet or exceed daily performance metrics (e.g., call handling time, customer satisfaction)

Escalate complex issues to supervisors or relevant departments when needed

What We’re Looking For

Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus, but not required

Strong communication and active listening skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment

Comfortable using computer systems, CRM tools, and chat platforms

High school diploma or equivalent

Requirements

Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace

Computer or laptop with basic technical specifications (we'll provide full details if hired)

Headset with microphone (may be provided)

Availability to work scheduled hours and occasional overtime
