(Blue Rose) is seeking an experienced G-Invoicing Functional Lead to support a Department of Commerce (DOC) implementation project.

In this role, you will lead Oracle EBS Procure-to-Pay (PTP) module integration efforts including G-Invoicing and Payment Interfaces, aligning technical execution with federal financial business processes.

What You'll Do As a G-Invoicing Functional Lead, you will: Lead the implementation of the Oracle EBS Procure-to-Pay module for new DOC bureau deployments Manage end-to-end PTP integration including G-Invoicing, Purchase Orders (PO), Accounts Payable (AP), and Payment Interfaces Analyze business requirements, lead process design and redesign, and support configuration aligned with a common Oracle EBS solution Develop and maintain Oracle configuration documentation, address configuration issues, and support customizations as approved Facilitate collaboration with development, client, and customer stakeholders to ensure business-aligned solution delivery Work closely with business process leads to configure Oracle modules (iProcurement, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Payments) Design RICEW objects related to G-Invoicing, PO, AP, and Payment Interfaces Create and execute test scenarios and scripts to validate configurations and integrations Drive continuous improvement and standardization across PTP processes Lead and support a team to meet project deadlines and ensure successful implementation Schedule & Shift Details Full-time (40 hours/week) 100% On-site at Gaithersburg, MD Public Trust Clearance Required Requirements U.S.

Citizenship or Dual Citizenship required Bachelor's Degree required Minimum of 7 years experience with: Oracle EBS Federal Financial Applications Procure to Pay (P2P) process design and end-to-end business operations Application Requirements Analysis Business Process Design Accounting and Federal Financial Reporting Standards G-Invoicing and PTP standard interfaces Why Join Blue Rose?
