We are looking for experienced UX/UI Designers & Developers to lead and support all aspects of user-centered design and front-end development. You will drive the effort to define, plan, and conduct user research throughout the SDLCstarting from the Discovery phase. Your work will produce journey maps, personas, and other critical design artifacts that inform the development process. UX Designers will be responsible for creating iterative application flows and prototypes using tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision. UI Developers will bring these concepts to life using front-end technologies to create responsive and accessible interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct user research and create associated deliverables including personas, journey maps, interview guides, and research findings.

Use standard UX/UI tools to design intuitive, user-friendly application flows and prototypes.

Apply Human-Centered Design principles and ensure compliance with WCAG 2.0 accessibility standards.

Translate design concepts into working prototypes using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

Collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of UI components.

Minimum Requirements:

Experience: 8+ years in UX/UI design and development.

Certifications: N/A.

Technical Skills:

HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript

Sketch, InVision, Adobe XD

React, Angular

This is a contract-win contingent opportunity. It is attached to a 2.5 year government contract to begin this fall to modernize a public-serving website within the education sector through a complete redesign and build. Tribute and its partners will be submitting a proposal bid for this contract in July. With intent-to-hire upon contract-win, we are actively recruiting qualified candidates to include as part of our best team.

This specific role will be an active member of the project team during relevant phases of the contract in which during that time can be expected to be utilized at varied capacity (ranging from PT to FT) according to project plan and/or need.
