Job Summary:
Manager QE to drive test automation and quality strategy for a personalization project in the retail domain. The role requires strong automation skills, experience with data-driven testing, and the ability to work with large datasets in the background. Backend testing experience is preferable.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead test automation strategy for personalization workflows. Responsible for entire QE for the program. Has to work with offshore and Clients.
· Develop and maintain automated test suites for APIs, UI, and data validation.
· Ensure data integrity and validation in personalization models.
· Collaborate with data engineers, developers, and product teams to define quality standards.
· Exposure around performance and scalability tests for high-volume data scenarios.
· Drive continuous testing and CI/CD pipeline integration.
Required Skills & Experience:
· 7+ years in Quality Engineering with expertise in test automation.
· Experience in retail/e-commerce domain, preferably with personalization.
· Strong skills in Selenium, Cypress or similar automation tools.
· API testing experience using Postman, Rest Assured, or similar frameworks.
· Hands-on experience with SQL, data validation, and working with large datasets.
· Familiarity with Python, Java, or JavaScript for automation scripting.
· Experience in Big Data, Spark, or cloud-based data platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus. One of this.
· Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Top 3 Skills Needed:
This particular role is to manage Sterling OMS, Fulfilment, and TMA PODs.
Hands-on expertise with Sterling OMS required
This person has to work closely with clients and collaborate/work with offshore to ensure Sprint testing, E2E testing, and Downstream testing are on track as per the commitments.
Supply Chain testing experience (Sterling – Web SOM, Mobile SOM, RCP SOM, Fulfilment and Resa/Tlog)
