Salary: £40,000 – £42,000 per year
Location: South Wales
Shift Pattern: 07:45 – 19:30
Start Date: 2–4 weeks
Duration: Permanent
Your Role & Responsibilities
As an RMN in our inpatient team, you'll be responsible for:
Providing high-quality, patient-centered care in an inpatient setting
Conducting clinical assessments and supporting recovery-focused interventions
Administering medications and managing risk assessments
Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
Supporting patients with complex mental health needs
Ensuring compliance with NMC and professional standards
Requirements & Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
Current NMC registration & valid pin
Experience working within an inpatient mental health setting
Strong clinical skills and ability to work under pressure
Commitment to delivering holistic and compassionate care
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role offers a flexible working position requires availability from Monday to Sunday with flexibility where possible.
