Description:
Production Trainers work closely with production supervisors and assembly leads to understand training needs. Production Trainers coordinate and provide the training that produces an assembler that is reliable, efficient, and quality focused.
Responsibilities:
Conduct training of new employees and retrain employees when necessary
Instruct employees how to build units according to work instructions using minor hand tools, epoxy, sealant, and cleaners
Maintain expert knowledge of work instructions
Instruct and comply with safety instructions and guidelines
Report quality, equipment, safety issues to supervisor
Continually improve policies and procedures
Fill in on the production line when needed
Assist cross functional teams in improving processes, policies, and procedures
Maintain appropriate training documentation and recordsRequirements:

High School diploma or higher preferred
Good hand dexterity and coordination due to small parts
Good eyesight due to small parts
Job Details:
Full time with benefits
Day shift Monday through Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
$17.75 per hour or DOE
Essential Functions:
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when required
Sitting for long periods of time
Use of upper body, arms, and hands throughout the day
Lifting 10-20 pounds repeatedly throughout the day
Bending, stooping, and reaching overhead throughout the day to reach materials to move or pickup
Normal color vision (due to different colored wires)
Able to work regularly with epoxy, glues, sealants
