The ideal candidate has the following:

2+ years of experience in one or more of the following fields: Civil, Personal Injury, Business, Employment, Insurance Defense, Real Estate or Products Liability Litigation preferred. Any and all fields of law will be considered.

Experience managing subpoenas is a plus, but not required

Being well-versed in the discovery process is required

Trial preparation experience preferred

eDiscovery experience is a huge plus!
