Travel Requirements: This position necessitates up to 25% nationwide travel, frequent visits to client locations within the D.C. Metro area, and onsite assignments as directed by RightSeat.

Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic, client-facing AI Strategy & Enablement Consultant to lead discovery workshops, guide executive stakeholders, and support pre-sales engagements with the goal of accelerating adoption of AI and digital solutions. This role is ideal for a consultative professional who thrives at the intersection of business strategy, technology education, and solution shaping.

Your expertise in communicating complex concepts to non-technical audiences and translating business needs into actionable roadmaps will be key to helping clients realize value and moving opportunities forward.

Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic discovery and enablement workshops with executive and technical stakeholders to uncover business challenges, educate on AI capabilities, and co-develop transformation visions

Collaborate with pre-sales and sales teams to design solution assessments and articulate the business value of AI-powered services and platforms

Facilitate assessments and maturity evaluations to identify client readiness, recommend roadmap priorities, and highlight opportunities for AI use cases

Develop and deliver executive-level presentations, POVs, and enablement materials that support thought leadership and sales acceleration efforts

Partner cross-functionally to shape go-to-market strategies, support opportunity qualification, and inform proposals and statements of work

Build trusted advisor relationships with clients through transparency, subject matter expertise, and a deep understanding of AI trends and responsible innovation

Required Qualifications

Education: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business, Public Policy, or a related discipline

In lieu of a formal degree, candidates may qualify with equivalent work experience demonstrating progressive responsibility and expertise in AI strategy, architecture, delivery, or enablement may be considered instead of a formal degree

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in strategy consulting with a focus on business strategy and digital transformation

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in building technology roadmaps and experience with implementing solutions on AI platforms. The role emphasizes risk management by proactively tackling potential challenges and ethical considerations. Will will also guide the selection of the most appropriate AI technologies and tools tailored to specific needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.

Proven ability to lead workshops and facilitate conversations with executive and technical stakeholders

Strong understanding of enterprise AI concepts, including machine learning, deep learning, neural networks, natural language processing, and automation concepts; ability to simplify technical topics for business leaders

Understanding of AI ethics and safety concepts, including bias, hallucination, and trustworthiness

Experience conducting assessments and producing actionable recommendations for technology or organizational transformation

Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills

Experience supporting sales cycles and developing business value cases

Familiarity with digital transformation frameworks, change management practices, and agile methodologies is a plus
