This role leads the development and implementation of data infrastructure and informatics strategies that support data acquisition, integration, quality improvement, analytics, and research enablement.

The Deputy Director is responsible for ensuring that data collected from electronic health records (EHRs), electronic case report forms (eCRFs), and other sources are of high-quality and usable for clinical research, quality improvement, and real-world evidence generation. This includes oversight of data pipelines, digital tool development, vendor coordination, and collaborative efforts with research and clinical teams. This position requires a strong understanding of healthcare data standards, data quality frameworks, and the ability to build scalable data infrastructure in support of ASH RC’s scientific mission.
