The Job
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
INFLUENCERS - Identify and work with influencers to help drive top of funnel awareness
PAID ADS - help coordinate with existing media buyers to analyze trends and performance
CREATIVE: Assist with creative strategy both paid and organic - would be great if they could create posts but also need to manage consultants
SEO - understand SEO and the components that go into that including content marketing and link building. Can manage the process
AFFILIATE - work with affiliate platforms to help drive additional Top of Funnel traffic to drive more sales
Tik Tok Shop - experience with Tik Tok shop
TRACKING / REPORTING - work with current tech stack to analyze existing marketing and sales data and report KPIs to senior management
MANAGE: vendors and additional consultants who can help with the marketing efforts
Marketing Plan: Create marketing plan to make sure all parties are aligned
Additionally:
Working with copywriters, marketers, media buyers, and product experts to ensure new marketing campaigns are launched and meet our quality standards.
Retain a detailed overview of all offers and projects. Be able to step in as required and assist move projects and tasks forward to completion.
Coordinating funnel mapping with input from key stakeholders to plan launches and brand / community-building efforts, including scoping and monitoring workflows
Manage the customer journey, including creating the best customer experience, increasing referrals and retention, maximizing lifetime value, etc.
Oversee our content strategy, including email marketing + newsletters, weekly podcast, and development of key assets like books or quizzes to generate leads
Support the CEO in tracking KPIs across all marketing channels to identify areas of opportunity, weakness, etc.
Ideal Candidate
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD:
Have a strong background and growing knowledge of Direct Response Marketing to manage launches and company growth, with a strong working knowledge of the role of powerful storytelling both visually and with words.
Is a self-starter who thrives in a team environment, and will proactively identify productivity issues and meet challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset to create results; courage to bring productivity or performance challenges to leadership for support, as needed
Has experience with Creative Direction and telling stories through campaigns driven by direct response marketing principles and a strong grasp of why people buy; uses these principles to guide the creative process with the team and provide excellent creative direction for winning creatives
Ability to make sense of metrics and see where there are problems or opportunities in our numbers
Be comfortable with onboarding and training new team members, monitoring their performance for excellence, managing weekly 1:1s with team members and managing reviews and corrective action / performance planning, as needed
Have experience managing social media and advertising projects, to include copywriting, design and implementation across marketing channels, including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Linkedin, Pinterest (loading and optimizing content, community management, etc)
Has training in media buying and Facebook / Google Ads, with an understanding of the metrics to monitor to ensure success
Excellent people skills, with an ability to work productively with many types of people and to build great rapport with direct reports; comfortable being assertive with others to meet (or exceed) deadlines
Is coachable, and can accept feedback to improve performance and leadership with a great attitude
Experience in working for a US company is highly preferred
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
Must have 5+ years of experience in the Direct Marketing world or high ticket sales, with a proven track record of getting results and increasing both sales and traffic
2+ years of experience in a Marketing Manager, Launch Manager, or Growth position (preferably E-commerce)
At least 1 year of E-commerce experience
Experience with SHOPIFY required, but also would be great to have experience with WordPress, Clickfunnels, Zapier. Plus, ideally have experience with analytics tools such as google analytics,
The candidate must have experience working with US or international clients.
Experience with Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Youtube Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads
Demonstrate a solid typing WPM (ideally 55 wpm+)
Excellent English skills, and able to communicate well both verbally and in writing
Training in customer service management is a huge plus
Experience with remote team tools like Time Doctor, Slack, ASANA, NOTION, Trello, Google Suite, LastPass, Skype and Zoom
TECH REQUIREMENTS:
Computer - at least i5 or equivalent with 8gb RAM

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 1PM EST - 9PM EST // 1AM PHT - 9AM PHT
Salary Range: PHP 125,000 - PHP 150,000 monthly, Depending on experience. We offer an internet and generator bonus, paid time off, HMO (dependents not included), and 13th-month pay.
