Considering the idea. they have diversified their business and started up a modern and equipped ISO 9001:2015 certified Wire Drawing and Galvanizing Unit with an investment of Rs. 150 million in NH — 6.

Job Title: Plant Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Plant Manager to lead our manufacturing operations. The candidate must bring strong expertise in manufacturing & chemical industry processes, while also overseeing plant interior planning, space optimization, and layout design for efficient workflow and safety.

Years of Experience: Minimum 15 to 25 Years

Education Required:

•B.Tech/M.Tech in Chemical/Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering.

• 15 – 25 years of experience in manufacturing & chemical industry with plant operations leadership.

• Proven experience in plant layout planning, space design, and expansion projects is highly preferred.

Key Skills:

• Strong background in manufacturing operations & chemical industry processes.

• Expertise in plant layout planning, interior designing for industrial plants, and workflow optimization.

• Excellent leadership & team management capabilities.

• Knowledge of EHS standards, statutory compliance, and ISO practices.

Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.

Posting Location: Factory

Language Known: English, Hindi, Bengali

Married /Unmarried: Married Preference.

Salary Range:

• Salary: 70,000 – 1,00,000 per month (negotiable based on experience).

• PF, ESI, Gratuity, and statutory benefits.

• Long-term career growth in senior leadership roles.

Vehicle Requirement: Yes Preferable (Not Mandatory)
